Bank Of India — imps transaction wrongly made to a wrong account number | |
Made a transaction of Rs. 40000 on May 2nd 2019 in which i entered a Wrong account number. And after realising this i called my branch (Vijaya Bank, Sakchi) to look into this. He did not take any step and he further asked me to give a written complaint. On giving a written complaint he sent the reversal letter to the bank of india branch, keonjhar orrisa. I also contacted the imps complaint forum. Asked them to hold the money, but even they did'nt help me. The details are.. Boi correct account no. [protected] (Amrita Kaur ifsc.
