I, pirmadvala aspak siddik bhai, holding account "[protected]" in your bank in infocity branch of gandhinagar.
On 17th september' 2019 during noon i went to withdraw amount in my home branch bank's atm of amount rs.7000, but the money didn't come out of atm and was debited from my account.
I went to the branch but they told to wait for 45 days but didn't get any response from your bank. Your bank responded me with the reference number no.300919data98930. I had trouble during diwali as your bank didn't refunded my amount. This is so shameful for your bank. I have attached a copy of the same.

Transaction Unsuccessful Slip generated twice and cash was paid, subsequently the account was debited and it is past 10 days (Oct 20th) after lodging complaints and several follow up not yet reversed.
