Bank Of India — money refund for two times deduction | |
I ordered a racquet from amazon and during cod i swipe my card, first time it shows decline then i swipe it again but my money is deducted in both the attempts on 14 feb and i complain to boi through the email to the email address of boi call centre 26 feb and also i submit a form of complaint of online pos transaction but no action will be taken by boi and my money is not refund yet. I ktishna poudyel m.n. [protected] rupay card no.[protected] this card bloked on 30 Dec.2018 but till today I never got new card I went my nearest branch but many time but not issue if there is any sujestion kindly plize kind to me.
