Bank Of India — money refunded by amazon but not processed by bank

My order no:[protected] on amazon was cancelled on 28 october... And on my amazon account it's showing that money has refund process started as per the scheduled date 29oct. And now it's showing that money has been refunded by amazon and the money should be in my account before 3 november but still couldn't get the money in my account and...in order section.. Stating if money not obtained then contact to your debit/credit card provider cause, may happen money has not been processed by bank...
So... Deadline for the refund date already expired... So please look into it to get my money back soon...
