Mera ac aap ki amla branch me hai mai apne khate me scholarshi ki rashi prapt karna chata hu or mere pass pass book nahi is liye mai new pass book lena chahta hu. Lekin har din passbook printing machine ka technical issue bat k wapse kar diya jata hai. Mai student hu or mai bhopal me study kar raha hu. Bhopal se mai keval passbook lene aaya hu mai meri or mujhe passbook nahi di ja rahi hai. Aasha kartahu aa ki dwara meri puri shayataki yayegi.. Thank you. Please help me.
