[Resolved] Bank Of India — my amount is not refunded still from amazon online | |
Respected Sir, I am Nickey.L holding savings account in bank of India, Thousands lights branch. I purchased a product from amazon online and got cancelled the amount is still not credited back into my account .There is a refund amt of ₹.1980/- from amazon initiated on 13thAug 19. It should have been refunded by 20th Aug 19. But the amount is still not reflected. I called the call centre of my bank they told me to send an email with all the required details I have sent the email to support.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in but till date there is no reply or message from any coner please consider my request and Kindly do the needful. Aug 30, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I didn't receive any messages or Mail or calls.
But my amount has been refunded to my bank account. My complaint was responded immediately and successfully resolved
