Bank Of India — NACH RTN charges deducted from my Account

I have a Personal Loan from Axis Bank and the EMI deducted 10th of every month. In July 2021 I have sufficient balance in my Account at given EMI date But due to holidays bank didn't deducted EMI at same day. After that Bank of India deducted NACH RTN charges Rs 295 at 16th JULY. This was also happened in June. Why Bank deducted these Charges while my account has sufficient balance both time.

Last time i visit my branch beacuse my bal decducted before some months amount of 4000
dont know why, i ask to manager to slove this problem but he did not find the problem and then
after more times deduct like 295 many times and today[protected] my bal also deduct Rs= 1180
but i dont know why it deduct plz solve my problem and refund my all amount
