Bank Of India — No Internet Banking/no mobile banking for NRI account

Address: BOI Gummidipoondi Branch PIN601201 Tamilnadu

I have opened NRI account with Gummidipoondi Branch, Tamilnadu 601201 by december 2020. Till to date it was not solved after I talked from Dubai one time with manager and so many times, I sent mails to branch. Nothing happened positively.
Now no one is taking my call whether it was on landline or mobile phone.
