Bank Of India — no refund for failed transaction since 10 days

No refund for failed transaction since 10 days, made a complaint on phone to them and through there site still no response

Their customer no cannot be connected tried for 2 days & waited for more than 10 hrs combined

Very frustrated
Please help.
