Bank Of India — online payment refund is not reflecting in my account | |||
I had done a amazon shopping... Due to some issues they didnt delivered the product, hence they have made refund to my account... But that amount is still not showing in my account. Its been 5 months the transaction occurred. Could you please help me out in this regard. I have complained regarding this to bank customer care and branch also but its of no use in my case. Trax.
