Bank Of India — online refund not credited | |
This is regarding the online refund processed by amazon on 5/7/2018...but still amount is not credited in my account..the reference no given by amazon team is 75260828187021177074612 I have ordered books but i got defective parcel so i applied for return and refund. Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible...as contacted with amazon team they are saying contact with boi customet care...while customer care is not picking up call...so pls kindly do needful help .
