Bank Of India — receiving message from jd - boiind

I receive message from JD - BOIIND that rs. 59 (TRF) is debited from your account as a minimum charge of march month and your minimum balance is rs. 2734. They deduct money from my account. And if this problem is countinue occur in future than in that case BOI will be responsible for it.
