Bank Of India — Refund Credit by amazon but still not received

Sir,

I have ordered the product from Amazon on 18/02/21, cost of the product 799₹, order I'd[protected], product name - Artic mx-4 thermal compound paste, and I returned the product on 24/02/21, Amazon credit my refund 799₹ on 1/03/21, but I don't recived any amount of money in my bank account reference number - 30005110491049208215717

This is urgent please help me as soon as possible
