Bank Of India — refund for my cancelled amazon product | |||
I ordered a product on amazon on 9th august and paid using my bank of india debit card. I cancelled the order on 10 august and amazon stated the money will be refunded to my bank account in 2-5 days. But even after waiting for the allotted time when the amount was not refunded to my account i contacted amazon and they said that the refund was already initiated from their end. But was not added to my bank account therefore the bank must be the reason. Was this information helpful? | |||
