Bank Of India — refund for online failed transaction | |
Hi, I have made 2 online transaction using bank of india debit card on flipkart.com for rs. 1399 each dated 5th may 2019. Both the transactions were failed due to technical errors. I have raised complaint to the bank for both failed transactions on may 6 through their online portal. The reference no. For the same are 08051data87430 and 080519data87444. However, i have given refund for only one transaction and the refund for other transaction is still due. Kindly help me with the same. Was this information helpful? | |
