Bank Of India — refund in my account | |||||
I have tried to pay my electricity bill through 'mobikwik app' on 20th aug, the transaction failed but the money got deducted from my bank account. The customer care of mobikwik app said they have already initiated the return on 21st aug itself. Approx 21 days passed but i haven't received the refund amount yet in my boi bank account. The bank people even refused to help. Actualy on dated 03.09.2018 i had trasfer money trough Bhim App to SBI Rs 3000 /-, My trasaction was failed, but Balance Deducted from My Saving account [protected], Transaction ID[protected], please refund the same amount

I dont have any a/c in your bank, but still i get nassges of a/c no xx0305, kindely take action
