Bank Of India — Refund initiated from Myntra but not received in bank account.

Customer Name- Rahul Kumar.

I have ordered a product of Rs.679 from Myntra order is ID117038015205413432603.
And after returning that product Myntra refunds the total amount but not received in my bank account.
6/05/2021 was the date of initiation still I did not receive the amount. Reference number is HSBCN[protected].

Kindly please look into this problem.
