Bank Of India — Refund issued by amazon but not reflected in my bank account | |
I have purchased mobile phone from Amazon which was defective and thats why I applied for return/refund . I paid for this product on 17 feb .Product return on 13 march and refund issued on the same date . Which suppose to reflect in my account by 18 march .I called customer care on 18 march as my refund is not reflected in my account as per his suggestion i submitted POS refund claim form online . There is no feedback for that form also . Attaching related document in this
