[Resolved]  Bank Of India — refund not initiated**mamta

Before 30 days i have done transaction from amazone online app. Then the itomes got rejected by them self . i tried to contact amazone customer care but then they provide the refund initiated refference id and they said to contact cuatomer care. i do contact to boi custoner care many times tries to call them for 4 5 times...but no response now today they receive my call and said to fill the bank complaint care form online. its irritating because from half hr i tryied to submit form its not submited by my self.
