Bank Of India — refund not processed till now

I vaishnavi karmveer done online payment of college admission fees rs.20974.12 on 19/07/19 through feepayr.com. The transaction failed but the amount deducted from my account.in bank statement it was written that payment is done to pos aggrepay. When i contacted aggrepay they processed the refund. But i didn't received the refund yet. My refund anr no is:30004692019200100184193. Please try to track the refund status and process the refund as soon as possible.
