Bank Of India — refund of amount against transaction failure | |
Dear sir, My amount is debited on 4-june at morning between 8.15-8.30 am at bank of baroda atm machine at vita branch sangli and i have not received cash due to conjestion in network. And i had filled online form for refund of amount still i had not receive d the same, Kindly check transaction failure and please refund my amount and do the needfull. I use my debit card to pay 500/- for Jyoti petrol pump, machine declined but the amount deducted from my account.So I paid again n second time it was successfully completed n deducted amount again.So first when it declined It has not yet reversed. Will you please check out what's wrong.
