I HAVE gone to your bank branch and connect to yor coustomer service but the have not help me.

i have an account of bank of india i have use my debet card to shop on amazon. i ruturn to the item to them for a refund and they have conformed that refund the ammount of rupes 900 on back to my card on 9 july 2018.

they have shere the transation id 74332748191819044947984 on 16 july 2018 .

however it has been 9 days since refund was issued and i still have not recive on my card.

i request to you to look into this and help me with my refund
