Bank Of India — refunded money not reflecting in account

Hello I am nazmeen from jharkhand . On 24th of June myntra has credited some money in my account but the money still not reflecting for this I tried calling on boi customer care no and unfortunately nobody responded. Myntra had provided me a reference no. 75105178176001188822775. So plzzz kindly help me for the same. Now I become hopeles don't know why every time this thing Happend only with boi Debit card because I already has faced this problem earlier. And the no which are provided in the name of customer help is useless because from last 5 days I am calling on that no but nobody responded . Where we will contact for our problem who will resolve.
