Bank Of India — sms sending failed | |||
I have a savings bank account with bank of india sarkhej branch ahmedabad (Gujarat). I have registered for mobile banking & i have used it since mid august 2019 while i am in india. But now i am outside from india. Hence since last 10 days i can't able to open the app, it shows that you have to send an sms from your device & i have tried several times to send an sms but sending failed every time. Maine Amazon mein payment kiya tha online mobile buy kiya tha maine Amazon se per mera mobile order cancel hone ke bad Amazon ki taraf se refund mere Bank mein jama hua hai per Bank ki taraf se mere account mein transfer nahin hua hai total amount 13020/- please help me.

Sir i just fed up of these problems
Last month i collect my new atm card.
Thereafter i go to the atm for creat a green pin to creat a new password but i didn't receive any OTP .

Which had registered.
I call to this no.09266135135 i get information about a/c balance but did not get OTP for pin creation
