Bank Of India — tds deducted but not deposited with income tax deptt.

We are having several Fixed Deposits with Bank Of India F.C.Road Branch Pune
411005.
They regularly deduct 10% TDS from the Interest accrued and is reflected on Pass Books.
However they fail to file the return with Income tax deptt and the amount is therefore do not get reflected on 26AS as desired by Income Tax.
This is brought to the notice of concerned Manager of F.C.Road branch, several times without any positive response.
Due to this Myself, my HUF and My wife Mrs.A.V.Ruikar are losing thousands of Rupees every year.
Relevent letters are attached.
