WE undersigned are joint holder of SB A/c with our Warje Malwadi brach Pune bearing account no [protected]. The first holder Ms Susmita Raghunath Godbole and second holder Mr. Raghunath Bhaskar Godbole. On 11th of June 2018 we issued a cheque of Rs 560000/-. On thirteen of June 2018 we got message from the instrument holder that the same cheque is bounced. This cheque was issued to LIC HFL Pune (LIC Housing Finance Limited ) to wipe of some of the loan outstanding. After getting message we rushed to the branch where the admin office attended our issue and on request of LIC HFL we were asked to issue a draft as earlier cheque got dishonoured. The cheque got dishonoured due to some details from bank end were not updated. In this issue we got A state of shame or disgrace due to some problem at banks end. The cost of disgrace is irrecoverable, but the financial loss we burned must get refunded as bank fail to discharge their responsibility towards customer in this case. As a month and half is been passed and bank management could not reply yet is as good as they have accepted the fault. on this ground I request to the bank as soon as possible they must credit the lost amount by me plus interest as inconvenience charges. Thanks
