I have ordered one earphone from amazon and i paid from my boi atm card but bychance the earphone i got was damaged so i returned and amazon return back my money to the same atm card and sent money to atm card but due to atm card problem i have not received yet my money. When i called to amazon helpline number i got to know that they sent money but there was a problem of my bank account of [protected] and gave me upi reference no[protected].
