Bank Of India — transaction declined but money deducted

I swiped my debit card on sai fuel point, nashik, on 7-3-2019 at 5:49 pm for 210 rs.
First transaction declined and they didn't got receipt. Second transaction was successful but my money deducted twice.
Please refund my money.
I am attaching the statement of petrol pump that they have received only one statement.
Please let me know when my money will be back
