Hello, I am Papia Adak Today I made a transaction using BOI mobile app for electricity bill payment, Amount Rs. 2036 debited but transaction failed, and I did not get any confirmation SMS from Bank of India and WEST BENGAL STATE ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LIMITED. I Inform to the Bank of India Andul branch but they did not take any action for this issue. Please help my house electricity bill payment last date 03/01/2020.
