Bank Of India — worst working practices no communication skills and lazy manager

My fd submited to. Bank 16days ago they promise it will clear same day yet i am waiting if we call they speak like they don't know their work. I was file loan against lroperty as per maneger informational he took 3months to veryfying my file every alternate day i used to meet him becausemy work won't allow me to stay so long still i wait but after spending money and time finally i join my work but their proceger won't finish. And manager have poor communication and maneging skill you understand with these his working practices please take strong action against manager. Thnxx.
