Bank Of Maharashtra — about no employee present in branch | |||
I Akash, just came from branch of bank of Maharashtra Chatursungi S B Road, Pune. I went there to pay challan form at 2pm on 15/11/2018. But they said me now is lunch time, I requested them 2-3 times bt they didn't listened me. as I heard about RTI info that there is no lunch time for banks between 10am - 4pm and they should arrange alternative employees fr service. So i contacted customer care of BoM & aftr waited fr 10 mins they connected me to them & they also confirmed above info and asked me to raise complaint on BoM website. I m also attaching photos of no employee was present to serve. Event chief manager also absent from cabin. I m also attaching RTI info which I read on my whatsup. I hope bank will take cognizance of my concern. Was this information helpful? | |||

Hii, vidwath here I was getting frequently call from this no [protected] to deposit 20, 000 for business, to this account details [protected] IFSC CODE MAHABOOO1765, now the person phone is switched off, and I getting call from another no from indore to deposit 20, 000 to canara bank account[protected] please help me to refund my amount
