      I have an savings account in Bank of Maharashtra (Pune camp) and I received my debit card since 1 week.I am unable to generate ATM pin because the bank didn't activate my card.I asked to customer care about my problem but they told that you should visit your branch."IS IT FAIR THAT EVERYTIME I SHOULD VISIT BANK?"if I have problem.WORST EXPERIENCE.

        My name is Mohit Mahale and I had ordered a product of RS. 2209.35 kioxia exceria nvme ssd in Amazon on 22/01/2022 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 22/01/2022 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 621277 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Bank of Maharashtra doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.             I am retail customer of Bank Of Maharashtra Sangam CHS Sushila Dutta Bunglow Padmavati branch. My saving account number is [protected]. I have an FD [protected] which is 10 years old and I do not have its receipt. I want to close this FD. When I approached the bank the lady at the bank asked me to file an affidavit on a 500 Rs stamp paper. I asked her when can I meet the branch manager on which she let the conversation die. I am the sole owner of the account and want a easy way to close the FD. could you please initiate a easy way to achieve this

            I had filled a online grievance W[protected] which was closed without comments or actions. Please find the attachment.

            I am very dissatisfied with this. Expecting a quick resolution on this.

                  I had ordered iqoo 7 mobile costing 31990 Rs by Amazon online shopping App.I ordered it with exchange of my old mobile Poco X3 with exchange value 13650 Rs and I paid[protected] Rs. exchange Pickup Charge) by my bank of maharashtra debit card on 07 December 2021. On 07 December 2021 due to some reasons i cancelled my product and then amazon initiated my refund by Refund Reference number 30005413431341197822459 to my account and given expected credit date of 12 December 2021 But till date it is not updated or credited in my account. Regarding this I also called Bank of Maharashtra Customer service but they are not solving my issue and just gave me a email id and told to send all account details including refund reference number to that mail id([protected]@mahabank.co.in) and assured to get reply within 24 hours but right now it is almost 5 days gone and i didnot get any reply, I am attaching supporting screenshots with this.Please help me ASAP.

                    Amazon initiated the refund on[protected] and it was expected to come on[protected]. Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the Bank of Maharashtra bank has still not credited my money.
                    This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                      have account in bank of maharashtra in hisale branch district dhule
                      My account no is [protected] On 15/8/2021 at 18.12 pm I have done transaction from my bank of maharashtra atm card at bank of bank of maharashtra atm machine jisake. branch of Rs. 10000. Transaction not completed successfully but amount get debited from my account .I have registered complaint in bank of maharashtra hisale branch . Still date my money not deposited in my bank account. Branch employee says they emailed complaint but not given any response.
                      Plz help me

                        House loan - 15.5 year tenure.

                        My parents have a house loan of 10lakh rupees received in the year 2010 for a period of 15.5 years at BOM Kothapet branch, hyd, Telangana. My parents were initially informed to pay 10, 400 Rs as the instalment amount per month for the tenure.

                        I lost my father last year and when I did check with the branch they inform me now that the instalment is 17, 400 Rs and with a due of 44, 800 Rs. when I check with the manager why is that change in the instalment amount.

                        They say the rate of interest for house loan is different for the first 5 years of the tenure, then a different rate of interest for the next 5 - 10 years and then 10 - 15 years.

                        While my parents have been paying a instalment in cash every month without late at the parent branch of the house loan. But this was never informed the restatement to be done for these specified tenures of time above.
                        They did accept the instalment we paid as regular while they could have seen the wrong going on as this could accumulate the difference amount with compound interest.

                        The bank officials at the parent bank branch shown least interest in helping us or even informing us that restatement of interest rate to be done and we paying only the initially decided instalment every month, they never cared to help out or even make us aware.

                        This is utter un-ethical and I am pretty certain this was done intensional and least bothered about the customer. In the last 11 years of we paying instalment we were never informed about this. This is a minimal thing to be done in respect to the bank officials that they should have spoke to us why are we paying the instalment below the required.

                        I need help on this.

                              I placed order on amazon on 21/09/2021 redmi 9 mobile, and i did payment via online debit card and order id[protected]

                              and on 26/09/2021 my order cancelled and amazon say they give my payment refund 7449/. RS. But amount didn't received in my account, i complaints about this to amazon than amazon give me Refund Reference Number - TRLUC9WL0000KTOSP3TF.
                              Please settlement my refund issue.

                                I had wrongfully transferred Rs. 20000/- on 04 May 2021 through google pay, the related transaction no is [protected].(Screen shot attached)

                                The amount was wrongly transferred to Maha bank with ISFC code v IFSC Code: MAHB0001400 and a/c no: [protected] Mr. PRADIP DEVRAO DUDHAMOGRE.

                                I had approached hanuman nagar branch being nearest to my place of residence to help in this regard.

                                I had reached out to HDFC but they said BOM has denied their request as the customer was unreachable.

                                After some weeks, we mailed to the concerned branch, the customer denied getting 20, 000 INR from my account. The branch was not even co-operating on this and was in customer's favour.

                                There has been no reply after month of Aug'2021. Hence with some hope, I am submitting this complaint after seeing no honesty from the account holder and poor customer satisfaction from Bank of Maharashtra.

                                I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction.

                                Looking forward to your intervention in this crucial matter.
