Bank Of Maharashtra — bank manager misbehavior

Hello sir
I am somnath. I have a complaint of bank manager behavior. Sir i have applied mahatma phule bij bhandwal yojna loan for 40, 000 rupees loan amount. But the manager is not responding. Then i meeting with manager and i submit my farm document. Manager said come to the next week. I have gon and later he always said next week. I have also gon in next week and he said your proposal is not processed because your village 14 loan files is pending in our brach and he closed my file
So please give me suggestions and help me.
