Bank Of Maharashtra — bank refused to refund transactions which is not complete

I was transferred my 1000 rs on 12th may 2019 account no [protected] kamothe branch to my state bank of india kamothe branch acount no [protected] and i file complaints to bom on 21 st may 2019. The amount is deducted from my bom account but it still not credited to my sbi account. Both banks are refusing to refund my money
