Bank Of Maharashtra — Debit card not received after expiration

I have applied for ATM card after expiration of my old card in the march.2022. still I haven't received it. I am not able to perform transaction every time I need to use other way to perform small transactions. I have enquired for Same in bank of maharashtra in my branch in the july.22 they said that your card is ready and you will receive it in the probably next month now it sep.22 but i still not received it. I am just getting frustrated with this whole thing. For just issuing new ATM card it's taking around 5-6 months.
