I had carried out one IMPS transaction successfully from IDBI Bank on[protected] for Rs.600/- with Reference no[protected] to Rahul Haldankar A/c [protected] of MAHB0000264 (PEN Branch). However, the transaction amount has not been credited to his account as per him. When I enquired with IDBI Bank, they confirmed the success status of the transaction. Kindly investigate and credit the same to his account at the earliest and confirm the same.

Updated by SUKU_menon No response so far from the Bank. The same was forwarded to NPCI also, but no response apart from the automated message.
