Bank Of Maharashtra — money withdrawal | |||
The amount of 4000 (Rs. 2000 each time) was withdrawn from axis bank atm, yerwada pune location from the account of bank of maharashtra. These transactions we have not done. It seems some atm fraud, and bank of maharashtra (Bom) is not ready to check on this or not ready to co-operate. We put the complain in bom, they just gave the atm ids from which the amount was withdrawn, and it was from yerwada. We have never been there to withdraw the money. Also the atm card was all the time with me and never been lost. We have this account in bom since 3/4 years and never faced any issue like this. This issue happened after 1.5 months after issued a new chip debit card from the bank. When i got new debit card, i checked that old debit card is blocked. Then i changed and used once this new debit card. After few weeks this withdrawal issue happened. Bom is saying that customer does such things and blame the bank. However these 2 last withdrawals are definitely not done by any of my family member or me surely. Bom is not ready for any more help in this. Was this information helpful? | |||
