Bank Of Maharashtra — new atm card

My mother pension ac in manmad br and his amt card has been locked for chip base card not received now we shifted to nasik but Nasik main br saying we can not provide fresh card in nasik due to outstation ac. Mother age is above 70 and his unable to trival. Kindly ack the complaint and revert.kindly confirm can we received New ATM card from any branch my mother account is pension account
