Bank Of Maharashtra — refund initiated by amazon but bank not processing the refund in my bank account | |||
I am explaining the situation from starting. Please read this carefully. I placed an order on Amazon using BHIM UPI on 17/05/2019. One was SanDisk memory card amounting RS 379 and another was electronic speed controller amounting RS 1510. I cancelled the memory card on the same day due to some issue. And the amount of RS 379 was credited to my account on 21/05/2019. And the electronic speed controller amounting RS 1510 was also defective so I also returned the product on 24/05/2019. The Amazon company initiated the refund on 28/05/2019. Now it's almost one month I have not received the refund from the bank. The payment was done using BHIM UPI. The refund reference number given by Amazon was :[protected]. My account number is :- [protected]. I am also attaching my passbook readings and screenshot of amazon showing that refund is initiated for your reference. Now Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
