Bank Of Maharashtra — Regarding failure to get refund | |||
Respected Sir/ Ma'am, I Mr. Surendra H. Nikalje, account holder of Bank of Maharashtra, Ac no [protected]. On the 30th of August 2019, I had done a payment of Rs. 3999/- via Google Pay whose UPI id is[protected] to Revolt motors. Since, the terms of Revolt motors were to do the KYC registration within 5 days of booking the bike, and there was no showroom available in pune, my KYC registration was not done. The reason being that the booking was cancelled and I was supposed to get the refumd for the same. The refund was initiated by Revolt motors on the 17th of March 2020. But I haven't yet received the amount. All the transactions of Revolt motors are done through Razor pay. So, the Revolt motors have provided me payment id and refund id related to razor pay transactions. For Razor pay, Payment Id : pay_DCCC97jQnsvdWE Refund Id : rfnd_ETBqnMYBzK6wlp But still i couldn't see any refund in my bank account or in statement. So eventually I had a talk with Razor pay customer care service. They said that the refund is clearly done from their side. So, they have asked me to visit my bank branch and raise a Chargeback issue which will let me know where exactly my money is stuck. I request you to please look into the matter, do the needful as soon as possible and please inform me when will I get my money back via email or my contact number.
