Bank Of Maharashtra — Service is worst & staff is rude and not respectful to customer | |||
I am having saving account in badlapur (east) maharashtra. the appointed staff are too arrogant and not respectful to customer as well as senior citizens. Worst case experience is getting always when i visited to branch. staff are not working effectively also they are busy chit chating also found on watsup. If you want to proff, visit as unknown persons so you will realize the said experience which i received as well as with my wife. Latest experience my wife faced during opening of my son's account with your bank. i was not interested but his school kept mandatory for your bank service. i will vist very shortly to my son's school to recommend for sbi bank. Hopes your staff may work instead of chating in feature to avoid to spoil your bank name. Was this information helpful? | |||

Very bad responses of employees . If lunch time is over still they not attend the customers. Bad service. In every case . They are not providing basic documents also on urgent basis.e.g. checkbook. Not attending the customers properly. Very difficult to apply for loan.
