Bank Of Maharashtra — unblock my atm card

Hello sir,

I am kailas gaikwad. My address is vivekanand nagar no.2, near pandurang nagar manmad in nasik district pin-423104. I am your customer since 2009. Due to some reason my atm card has been blocked. I kindly request you please unblock my atm card. I will be really thankful if you have consider my request and unblock my atm card.

1. I am transfer Rs.1000 to my friend A/c but my payment made 2 times and balance transferred only one time to my friend. My balance deduct 2 times. Please solve the issue.
2.I am paid Electricity bill by paytm on 29 July 2018. My balance is deduct from bank account but electricity payment not successful. Please solve issue.
