[Resolved]  Bank Of Maharashtra — Unnecessary balance deduction and cheque dishonored without my mistake.

Good afternoon.
My complaint is given bellow which is already send by me to Bank Of Maharashtra, but no any reply and confirmation contact complete by same.
I want to attach more data but the size of data is more than 2MB, so I can't attach full detail with this mail.
Please check my bellow complaint against Bank Of Maharashtra, Mill Corner Branch, Aurangabad, 431001.


Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a account in your Maharashtra Bank, Mill Corner Branch, Aurangabad, 431001.

Name : Deepak Dattatray Nimbalkar.

Subject : Unnecessary Cheque Dishonored And Balance deduction of Rs. 688.00 /- without my mistake.

I request for cheque book on date 18-May-2016, my account was open on date 16-May-2016.

On my requirement I request for cheque book on date 18-May-2016 for argent work. Your employee inform me for argent requirement of cheque book you have to pay Rs. 200 /- for cheque book. And this 200 Rs. deducted from my account on same day.

As per your employee guideline I deposit Rs. 200 /- for cheque book immediately in my account [protected].

On same day I got a massage "As per your request for cheque book, Rs. 200 /- deduct from your account."
After that on next day I collect my cheque book because I want transfer some amount vie cheque from my account. But it's not possible because your bank working system is very slow.

In present my form of signature update which is submitted in you branch of Mill Corner Aurangabad, 431001 is not updated in your system.

On date 24-May-2016 my 1st cheque is dishonored because my Signature is not showing in your bank system.

And you also know that It's not a my mistake.
I got a call on 24-May-2016 from your Bank Of Maharashtra Mumbai Branch. He inform me please visit to your Bank Of Maharashtra Branch and update your signature in system without this procedure we can't approved your check.
As per your request I fill up the form for signature update on same day that is 24-may-2016 in afternoon.
I give you 1 day for update my signature in your system.
On next day 25-May-2016 evening, I give my 2nd cheque (Cheque No.[protected] for the same of Rs. 51000 /-

But unfortunately last day I got a same massage once again. And my 2nd cheque is again dishonored without my mistake.

At this time you know about all thing about above issue.
And Rs. 688 /- is deduct from my account after my 1st cheque dishonored.
My 2nd cheque dishonored on last day that means agian my 688 Rs. deduct from my account without my mistake.

And please check my points,
When I complaint about my deduction without my mistake to Branch manager Of Mill Corner Branch Of Aurangabad. He give me answer like this.
1) It's not a bank mistake, it's your mistake.
2) Your money will not return which is deducted from account.
3) Our boy is not visit to branch from last 15 days because he don't work only for 10-15 documents scan procedure. (This answer is verry harass condition for me.)
4) Your ATM Machine is not working of Mill Corner Branch (Branch Code 260) Bank Of Maharashtra, Aurangabad, 431001.
That's why I check my bank balance detail using SBI Bank ATM.
5) Only 1 counter is working for all types for help. Other counter employee is on holiday, then who are work for
I do all types procedure to complete my work as per your requirement.
1) I fill up new account create form 100 % complete with signature.
2) I give you application for cheque book before 5 days and it's not updated in your system from last 5 days.
3) Your bank employee not update my signature update form in your system it's not my mistake.
4) Your bank employee depend on that person who work and attach the all types of form in your system after 15 days. This is very bad system.
5) My bank balance is Rs. 52, 500 /- and my cheque amount is Rs. 51, 000 then why my cheque bounce from you ?
6) Wrong account number printed on my cheque book.

Your bank branch manager give 0.25-0.50 Rs. for scan 1 document to that person who attach all 40-50 document with in one day but after period of 13-15 days at your Mill Corner Branch, Bank Of Maharashtra, Aurangabad.

Please check my all attachment carefully and resolve my this problem.
I want my money which deducted from you without my mistake, If you have little bit care about me then please refund me my money which is deducted by you from my bank account.
Otherwise I go to consumer forum and raise complaint about the above issue on you and your Branch of Mill Corner, Aurangabad, 431001.

I'm not satisfied with your service, staff and working system. With in only 12 day I have to raise complaint on your service. And this is very bad.

No any step for my help is taken by Bank Of Maharashtra. When I go to inform about my issue then manager told me it's not a bank mistake our office boy will not come for work from last 15 days, that's why the procedure of update my signature in Bank Of Maharashtra system it's not possible from last 10 days. With in 10 days my 2 cheque are travel aurangabad to mumbai and bounce because my signature is not updated in the system. Bank manager is not ready to get responsibility about the same issue. Bank manager give 0.5 Rs. for scan the all documents of Bank account holder. And this person visit after 13-15 days at this bank. Because he can't come daily at bank only for few rupees. This is very bad system of this bank.
