Canara Bank Internet Banking — repeated problems with net banking

I have two Internet Banking accounts withe Canara bank .And have perpetual problems withe either one or both all thee time . I have two accounts each mapped to them.on 16the The net Banking page suddenly stopped showing one account and thee other one is not activated . and i was unable to do any transactions.
About thee second account I had to activate CANSECURE and after doing that it stopped taking my pass word so I called thee help line and they told me to go to for got password section and register for new password so far so good . Now it is suddenly not taking My transaction pass word so again called helpline thee say my password has expired (?)now again I had to write to help desk I have written three mails but to no avail.
Internet banking service of the Canara bank is thee worst as compared to other banks .Now what do I do go to thee bank every day to do all transactions?or should I close all accounts withe them and switch over to some other Bank ?

On 25.8.2020, at 4.15 pm I wanted to make one urgent important payment -BWSSB water connection using debit card. I received OTP but amount was not debited. 2 times tried, every time I got the OTP but payment was not effected. I tried with Net Banking but without success. On enquiry I came to know that the server was down. When it got rectified I do not know. There were another 8-10 people who made payment using debit card/net banking of other banks which went through without any difficulty. I was little embarrassed as they were thinking I am lying.
Next day also I.e., 26.8.20, at 4.30pm there was issue in Net Banking. I could not make payment which was very urgent. This is not the first time it is happening with net banking. Earlier in another occasion also when I was trying to transfer money to a person who was hospitalized but due to server issues I could not transfer. Frequently there are issues in net banking like server down, network issues, receiving of OTP etc.
Bank needs to address these issues and provide uninterrupted service otherwise it will put image of the bank in a very bad taste.
