[Resolved]  Indian Overseas Bank - Kumbakonam Main Branch — REQUEST FOR A NEW REPLACEMENT CASH CARD - IOB

Sir,

On 17/09/2012, I submitted a letter requesting for replacement of a new cash card for the existing the damaged one in the IOB main branch at Kumbakonam wherein I have the salary A/C. Since the process took more than a month I wrote a letter to Chennai Central office. I got the information that the
new card has already been sent to the respective branch on 29th of September itself. When I approached the branch I could not get my new card even during the first week of October 2012. At last I got the card after two weeks. Till now I am yet to get the pin for my ATM cash transactions for the past 65 days. I filed a complaint in the branch during third week of October 2012. I understand that the complaint has been sent to the central office on 01/11/2012 and the reply reads as " NEW PIN GENERATED AND SENT TO BRANCH". When I approached the branch last week I could not get the pin and I have been asked to come during the next week.
