My Oriental insurance emp. No. OBC-MEDI-[protected], Pol. No. 121700/48/2012/11262 I claimed for accident at bhatia hospital, Mumbai , Maharashtra
I submit all short falls required documents on 2/02/2012 through Post office Service. And second document sent for 26/03/2012 through post office

Till date, I have not received my claim amount.
