I am writing to you regarding my claim, which has been delayed. I would like to request your assistance in this matter.
I have already contacted my healthcare provider multiple times to asking for an update I have provided all the necessary documents also have given detailed information of the hospital but there is no response. It has been 10 months already. I would appreciate it, if you help me so that my claim can be processed more efficiently.

It is respectfully submitted that I made an online payment of ₹15, 482/- on 13/10/2025 through the PhonePe app while generating a car insurance policy via Hero Insurance Broking Company. The payment was successfully transferred to the ICICI Bank account of The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., but the policy was not generated, and my payment remains stuck.
