[Resolved]  Oriental Insurance Company — Requesting for hard copy of policy since 10 days but no-one responding.

I have been sending a request message to mandakini.[protected]@orientalinsurance.co.in,
[protected]@orientalinsurance.co.in, jdas.[protected]@orientalinsurance.co.in, to
send me a hard copy of motor policy since 08.03.2021.

It seems they all, Mandakini Balodhi, , Jdas Gupta and so many employees in their customer service department are very very busy that they do not get time to even acknowledge my request message since 10 days, in spite of my regular reminders, the question of serving my request is many many miles far away.

I am putting my one more extra effort to write to you to please help me if the Oriental Insurance company INDEED works for their customer.

Please arrange to send a hard copy of motor insurance Policy no.
211200/31/2021/xxx639 valid from 12.03.2021 at the registered address.
