[Resolved]  Union Bank Of India And Punjab National Bank — A/c debited for Rs. 10,000/- but cash not dispensed from UBI ATM

Hi,

This is regarding a False debit of INR 10000/- for the amount which was never dispensed from UBI ATM.
I am a Punjab National Bank account holder (A/c No.[protected] tried to withdraw a sum of Rs ten thousand on 30/12/2012 from a Union Bank of India ATM at Babulnath Branch. due to system failure the transaction was declined and no Cash and Receipt was dispensed from the ATM machine. I waited for few minutes, but of no Use.but later on i found that the amount was debited from my PNB account. when lodged a complaint on PNB customer service, they rejected the complaint after week time, saying that same has been declined from UBI bank as the withdrawal was successful.
when I contacted my Branch at Deslile road, chinchpokli, the Manager directed me to UBI bank as they will be resolving the issue and when I visited UBI manager she refuse to entertain any help as the it was not there area of operation. Now both the banks are not Helping me to get my money back.
I spoke to Both Banks managers & personnel several times, and also contacted the ATM and IT personnel to get the proofs that the cash was not dispense, but nobody is doing anything.
also the IT guy said the transaction is of 30 Dec'12 so the ATM camera Images will be removed after 90 days, and this seems to be only proof that the cash was not dispensed. so kindly confirm what else can be done on this and ASAP. as I have very less time to close this.
