Bantia Furnitures — Customer service issues with Bantia, Jubilee Hills showroom | |||
We have purchased a semi-leather sofa during the Diwali sales promotion worth Rs.60, 000.00(after discount) with a warranty of one year vide Order No. 3020 and DC 3315. The sofa has started tearing two months back. We have frequently been calling the showroom. We even visited the showroom many times. No person came to look at the sofa. We have been talking to Ms. Zoya. This has come to level where they have started talking with us in a very rude manner. We still await a reply from them. Was this information helpful? | |||

It is not sufficient to purchase big spaces for your showroom, a good customer service makes the difference. If you are incapable of taking care of your existing customers, how long will you depend on new customers? In this age of Internet and seeing reviews before buying, have you seen reviews of your showrooms? We did the mistake of walking into store without reading the reviews. Not every customer is. If you have the money to pay your staff for being rude and inefficient, do charity. Please spare us. It is our hard-earned money. Not like you. If after these compaints and comments, you still dont act, then surely there is problem with style management. Probable you cannot manage your own people.
